Remote access

On request, we can connect customer’s ranges and facilities to our service network.
Using remote access, we monitor the status of the technical installation systems and computers of the shooting range. This ability makes it possible to proactively detect system update requirements and system errors which may occur.

Using remote access, we can predict the interval of required maintenance based on the actual use of the facilities.

What is possible with Remote Access:

  • Monitoring the use of the software.
  • If requested by the user, the possibility to guide and instruct in real time, and intervene if necessary.
  • Remotely control components in the system. This includes the status of projectors and error messages for projection screen walls.
  • Keeping track of the wear on parts that are used and getting an early warning for required replacements. For example: projection lamps, the paper for screen walls, bullet trap components, filters etc..
